Lori Lane has been spearheading the New Homes Division (NHD) since 2006 representing some of the most well-respected builders and developers in the Atlanta area. Creating a cutting-edge full-service sales management and marketing team, theNew Homes Division’s many projects include single family homes, multi-family, master plan communities, live –work – play communities throughout the Atlanta area. Lori’s clients and co-workers describe her as one of the hardest-working, focused people they have ever known. During her tenor as Vice President and Managing Broker, the company has seen the most growth and profitability since the creation of the division.

Lori’s exceptional insight for understanding the builder/developer needs combining with top-notch marketing, staffing, online technology and advertising makes her uniquely qualified to partner with builder/developer clients in all stages of the development process.

In 2014, Lori was asked to get involved in enhancing the Luxury Collection marketing for the company and developed the Black and White Elegance Campaign that was released January of 2015. The success of this campaign has grown the company’s luxury market share by 60%. The Luxury marketing team works side by side with CITY HAUS and NHD providing additional insight which brings a diverse expert team to the table for our clients and projects.

In 2016, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices formed this dedicated platform for developers of new construction condominium projects. Bringing this incredible team of Lori, Kristi and Marketing Results together has created a focused and intentional approach to sales, marketing and pre-development that is CITY HAUS.
