Kristi brings over 20 years of strategic planning, management, legal, sales and marketing expertise to CITY HAUS. She has worked in every facet of development including floorplan design, selection of interior designers, feasibility studies and
recruitment of sales and marketing teams.
Prior to joining CITY HAUS, Lynch worked with TriBridge Residential (formerly Julian LeCraw & Co., Inc.) for 14 years and Regent Partners for 8 years where she gained a wealth of experience in developing, marketing and selling condominiums, condo-hotels and mixed-use projects throughout the Southeast.
Lynch has a unique perspective in CITY HAUS which few possess. She earned her bachelors from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina.
