Over the last ten years, Karen Rodriguez has been responsible for leading the sales and marketing for numerous marquee condominium projects, worth close to a billion dollars in sales.

Rodriguez is a recognized and sought-after new development sales and marketing force, responsible for the highly-successful Ritz-Carlton Residences project. She led her team to close more than $100 million in sales in just 2-1/2 years during the housing crisis aftermath. Recruited in January of 2014 to single-handedly take over all sales and marketing for the high-profile Mandarin Oriental project, designed by renowned New York architect A.M. Stern. Under Karen’s leadership, sales soared to over $70M and increased by 150% within her first 90 days of taking over the project. Before 2010, Karen served as Director of Sales for Coldwell Banker’s Condo Store, where she led the pre-development, sales and marketing initiatives for numerous intown condo projects.

As a licensed broker and investor with more than ten years of Atlanta luxury real estate experience, she is known as the “Condo Queen,” a title given to her by other Atlanta Realtors and the local media, who turn to her for her market knowledge and expertise in the Atlanta condominium market. She also serves as a regular real estate contributor/blogger for the Atlanta Business Chronicle and has been featured or quoted in Forbes, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and Yahoo Real Estate.

Her current portfolio includes more than $450 million dollars in the project pipeline, and to date, she has closed more luxury condo sales than any other Realtor in Atlanta In 2015.  Rodriguez decided to start her own firm to expand her footprint of innovative sales and marketing in the luxury Atlanta real estate market with the launch of KORA Real Estate Group. In 2016, Karen merged her firm with Berkshire Hathaway to help create and launch CITY HAUS.

When not working, Rodriguez enjoys a second home in Miami and spending time with her family and their two big yellow Labs, Brody and Saban.
