Construction is beginning near Arts Center on what’s to become Atlanta’s tallest residential tower.

According to permit filings and Atlanta INtown, site preparation has commenced for No2 Opus Place, a sleek, glassy concept on 14th Street between Peachtree and West Peachtree streets.

Plans call for the 53-story tower to bring more than 200 ultra-high-end residences to the neighborhood.

Construction was originally anticipated to start in October, but multiple factors contributed to delays. Still, the building is reportedly slated to be complete in early 2020. Pre-sales remain strong—with five more units being claimed in the past week—for the Perkins+Will-designed tower, per developers.
