So far, construction activity at the site of proposed mega-project Opus Place has been relegated to the temporary sales office, but developers have hopes of launching the real thing in about six months.

According to a WSB-TV report this week, Opus Place’s first condo tower (No2 Opus Place) should be in full construction come October, with completion scheduled for 2020.

Masterplanned by famed architect Richard Meier (designer of the High Museum), the first Opus luxury tower would rise near 14th and Peachtree streets with 200 condos.
